Panda Nails! Well they're meant to be..

Panda Nail Art design (attempt)

As you can see not done extremely well as I only did my left hand because when painting my nails my left hand paints half my fingers..
Anyway I did the face just by painting like a half circle towards the tip of my nails and I did the ears and eyes using a curvy clip, stretched it out and dunked into some black nail polish...did the job. If you can do it better please share your techniques.
